As you get closer, you will get a smokey, acidic smell<\/strong> that comes from the WOK HEI<\/a><\/strong> of a skilled cook, in addition to the seasoning used in the beef dishes here at Guo Family Stir Fried Beef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
